Meet Noah - just under 2 weeks old. I worked with this little (and when I say little, I mean tiny) baby boy this weekend. I think he may have been my smallest one yet! But what he lacked in size, he made up for vocally. He was sure to squeak and squeal when he'd had enough of me messing with him :) J & J - it was so great to meet you and your sweet little man! Congrats! He is just precious and I had so much fun working with your family!

February Special: Newborns

A couple of weeks ago, I had the most amazing opportunity to attend a workshop taught two of the country's best newborn photographers, Kelley Ryden and Tracy Raver. I've admired their work for quite some time, so I was extremely excited to meet them and learn from these amazing women. The experience was unbelievable! I came back full of new information and even more excited about working with newborns! So I've decided to run a special for the entire month of February. This isn't something I do often, so take advantage it!

{Newborn Special: The Details}

If you book a newborn session with me during the month of February - this is what you will receive:

$50 off your session fee
$50 print credit (this does counts toward the minimum print purchase)
1 set of 24 custom birth announcements and envelopes

** Your baby must be due by the end of April 2009 & younger than 14 days by your session date in order to qualify for this special.

I've also decided to offer a discount to anyone who refers a newborn session to me during the month of February. As my way of saying thank you, you will recieve a $75 print credit to at your next session.

Miss A - 18 Months

I've been working with little Miss A since she was in her mama's belly. She sure is getting big - and fast! It seems like yesterday I was meeting her for the first time as a tiny newborn :)

From the moment I met this little guy - he definitely captured a piece of my heart! He's so handsome, and has such a great disposition - it's impossible not to love him. I did his maternity, newborn and now 2 month pictures. His mama is one of my dearest friends from high school - and I'm thrilled that I not only get the opportunity to capture her children's growth, but I get to keep in contact with her too!

This little miss came into to see me a couple weeks ago - and boy was she busy! She was very sweet and had a pair of the prettiest blue eyes I think I've ever seen.

Senior Sneak Peek

I had the privilege of taking pictures for this young man who is graduating this spring. We used to go to church with his family a few years back, and it was really great to see everybody again. Good luck, Mister D - and congrats on being almost done with high school and on your way to being a youth pastor!

Oh, Baby....

For those of you who don't know, as of mid-May, I began my maternity leave. I plan on returning to the studio in early October of '08. If you'd like to schedule an session for October or later, I will begin adding those sessions to my calendar starting in September. I'm really looking forward to meeting the newest member of our family and spending the first few months of her life focusing on watching her grow. As we all know, they change so fast! Keep checking back for updates, I will be adding more as the months go by.
